§Overview

AddisBox respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. AddisBox is a content discovery platform that provides metadata, search functionality, and links to content hosted on third-party platforms (Telegram). We do NOT host, store, or transmit any video content on our servers.

§How AddisBox Works

All content accessible through AddisBox is hosted on private Telegram channels operated by third parties. AddisBox merely indexes publicly available metadata (titles, descriptions, posters) from The Movie Database (TMDB) and provides deep links to Telegram's official bot API. No video content is stored on or transmitted through AddisBox servers at any time.

§Filing a DMCA Takedown Request

If you believe that content linked through AddisBox infringes your copyright, please send a takedown request to:

Your request must include the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (URL on AddisBox)
• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act
• Your physical or electronic signature

§Response Time

We will respond to all valid takedown requests within 24-48 hours and will remove the offending links from our platform. Please note that removing links from AddisBox does not remove the content from Telegram. You may also need to contact Telegram directly to request removal of the underlying content.

§Safe Harbor

AddisBox is protected under the DMCA Safe Harbor provisions (17 U.S.C. § 512) as an Online Service Provider that does not initiate the transmission of content, does not select the material transmitted, and does not store content for longer than necessary.

§Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed from AddisBox in error, you may file a counter-notification with the same email address. We will process counter-notifications in accordance with applicable law.
